For some weeks now dog walkers have been unable to use the dog waste bin near Tabley Road as it is covered by a black plastic bag. We have learned that it has been taken out of use by Cheshire East Council because the lid is damaged and is awaiting repair. It is recommended that dog walkers use the nearby ordinary litter bin until the repair is made.
