The Lions have traditionally held a street fair in Knutsford on the late May bank holiday. This year, being their centenary, they decided to go for something bigger and invite other Lions groups. For their venue, they chose The Heath.
It turned out to be an undoubted success with lots of visitors entertaining by a multitude of activities such as live music, firing a rocket at the moon, donkey rides, welly-wanging and children’s games.
Well done to Clive Heath and all the other organisers!

Friends of The Heath even had a stall. It gave us the opportunity to chat with visitors and explain what we do. As a result we gained some new Friends whom we are pleased to welcome on board.
