Happy New Year, Friends!
We are excited to continue our care for The Heath in 2025. A key part of our efforts will be holding monthly workdays with Cheshire Wildlife Trust to enhance the nature reserve for both wildlife and people. Our first session will take place on Friday, 17th January.
Everyone is welcome to come and lend a hand. This is an excellent opportunity to work off some of the calories accumulated over Christmas while enjoying the fresh air and working alongside friendly volunteers. Tools will be provided.
The session will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., but you are welcome to join or leave anytime that suits you. We will meet at the junction of Ladies Mile and Warren Close at 10 a.m. If you arrive later, please look for us in the woodland/nature reserve.
If you plan to stay for the entire session, please remember to bring some food and drinks, as we will have a lunch break. We also recommend wearing appropriate clothing to protect against the weather and prickly vegetation.
Please join us if you can; your contribution will be essential to our success. We look forward to seeing you!
