Today’s litter-pick was a great success. With over thirty volunteers we picked up enough litter to fill Cheshire Wildlife Trust’s van. We thank all the wonderful volunteers who turned up to help. Well done, everyone!

The recent proposal to stage a 'Mistletoe Market' on The Heath at Christmas has been brought to our attention. We are working to understand the proposal and its implications for The Heath. We will make a considered statement in due course. Postscript: the plan to stage a 'Mistletoe Market' in 2014 was withdrawn.
