Another successful clean-up! Thank you to all our wonderful volunteers who gave their Sunday morning to collect the cans, bottles, wrappings and other litter items.
On this occasion the pile of litter was enlarged by 15 hessian shopping bags full of newspapers found hidden in the bushes by the bowling green wall. It’s baffling why anyone would tip such rubbish in our community space when it could have been recycled so easily!
