Friends of The Heath invite everyone to join them on Knutsford Heath for an afternoon of nature-themed family activities. All are welcome to bring food and enjoy a community picnic.

The Heath is a haven for wildlife in the middle of town.  The wooded area of The Heath is a designated nature reserve and we would like to show you what is there.

Come along and enjoy a relaxed and informative afternoon with family and friends.

Programme – 17th July

12:30	Visitor arrival	Picnic lunch.
12:30	Meet & greet	Friends of The Heath will be available.
13:00	Official opening	The Town Mayor will open the event.
13:15	Activities start	Face painting, Scavenger Hunt, Treasure Trail, Craft Workshops and Outdoor Games.
14:00	Guided walk	An introduction to the flora and fauna of The Heath.
15:30	End

Other local groups will join us to give you the opportunity to find out what they do.

Refreshments

An ice cream van will be available for your summer refreshments.

Toilets

Portable toilets will be provided on site.
